Shipping, Refund & Privacy Policies

When you order a book from djobook.com, we charge a flat fee of $4.00 for shipping. For each additional book you order at the same time, the extra shipping fee is just $1.00 per book.

Books are typically shipped within 2 business days from placing your order. We can't control the post office or the weather, so we appreciate your understanding if shipping is a little delayed. We will send you an email to confirm the shipping date, so please be sure to include your email address when you pay.

All sales are final - but if you are really unhappy with your purchase, send Deby Jo an email and she'll do everything she can to make sure you are a satisfied customer!
